We usually post the agendas a few days before each meeting.

Any individual shall have the right to use recording devices either audio or video to record all proceedings.  Each individual using such recording devices must announce at the beginning of the meeting their intention to use such recording device, as required by the Laws of the State of Pennsylvania and must operate the device from the assigned area in the meeting room.        July 16, 2008 PC agenda
