INTRODUCTIONS

Subdivision & Land Development

1. Approve Time Extension of Land Development Plan for Glen Rock Church of Christ (Rick Pardew) due to delay in HOP (Rick to send the Township a letter)

2. Approval of two waivers: 1) Due North and 2) Show True North for the James Markel/Thomas Potteiger Final Land Development Plan.

3. Approval of the James Markel/Thomas Potteiger Final Land Development Plan contingent on DEP approval and payment of all fees.

4. Approval of the John H. & Cleo F. Fockler Final Subdivision Plan contingent on several outstanding items: 1) Street Address for Lot #2 Assigned by Shrewsbury Township (s.404.5.C), 2) Water Feasibility Study in Accordance with Sections 513 and 514 (s.404.5C), 3) Certification that the Planning Module for Land Development and/or any required waivers have been approved by the PA DEP (s.404.5.F). Indicate which percs/probes are to be the primary and secondary systems. 4) The proposed subdivision qualifies as a Minor Subdivision and should be titled as such and 5) Payment of all fees. (304).

5. Approval of one waiver request: 1) Section 404.5.j – Environmental Impact Assessment is required due to the presence of CEA’s. Other outstanding items are: 1) Certification that the Planning Module for Land Development and/or any required waivers have been approved by the PA DEP (s.404.5.F) and 2) Letter from DEO approving this plan and 3) Payment of all fees for the Carroll I. Anderson Reverse Subdivision Plan.

Any individual shall have the right to use recording devices either audio or video to record all proceedings.  Each individual using such recording devices must announce at the beginning of the meeting their intention to use such recording device, as require by the Laws of the State of Pennsylvania and must operate the device from the assigned area in the meeting room.
